As a result of a profound experience with death, our founder heard the call to work with death and answered it. They spent years using art to work with people in different stages and forms of grief. During this time, they found their direction and passion for death education; Before We Go was born.

We seek to increase the quality of life for everyone in our community by offering support for, what is often, the most vulnerable time in our lives. What starts as a conversation, will become a transformative movement that fosters growth and the freedom to talk about death, dying, and grief. We will fortify our community so people are less afraid of the unknown and can focus on living.

Death does not discriminate, neither do we. Diversity is a rich part of any community and we strive to be as inclusive as possible; connecting with different cultures and groups to stay informed on the needs of our whole community.
Please reach out if you identify gaps in support to help us remain aligned on the needs of our community.

Death is a natural occurrence that is somehow always new, however, seeking support is also natural.
Before We Go understands the importance of community and support during life's most profound moments. Our efforts aim to begin conversations that continue beyond us, into everyday lives.
Conversations that help:
All of these benefits increase our quality of life.
Join us in building a more empathetic and connected society through the natural strength we have in our communities.
